 Mozart with an Electric Guitar! Jul 02, 2009
You can tell from my review title that I am a big Satch fan. I have a very hard time picking my favorite Satriani CD, because I love all 12 of my Satch CD's, but if I had to pick my favorite, this would be it. I've heard some people say that satch is a shredder, that gets my goat. He can play blazingly fast, but he's a lot more than a shredder. Anybody that can listen to his music, and say he's another shredder is deaf as a door nail. The man can come up with some amazingly beautiful music, and when he kicks it in high gear, there is still purpose behind the music, not like shredders that just go fast for fast sake. The man's a Genius in my book.

Best Satriani album Mar 03, 2009
I currently own 4 satch albums. Musterion of Rock, Surfing with the Alien, One Big Rush, and now this one. I also own some vai and buckethead. Hands down this is the best instrumental album ive ever heard. Most others ive listened to have 4 or 5 good songs, including 1 or 2 greats, this whole album is amazing. If you can only buy a single cd, get it.

One of the Best CD's EVER Apr 08, 2008
Joe Satriani is one of a kind. If his other cd's didnt prove it already, this one does! Ever since his masterpiece Surfing With the Alien, Satriani has been on a roll releasing great albums. So much emotion flows through his guitar, no words can not express and thats why his guitar does it for him! Song after song, brilliant guitar playing is heard. It always amazes me every time i listen to it. "Love Thing" has to be one of the best songs I have ever listened to. Some other favorites from the album are "Crystal Planet" and "Ceremony". "Time" gives such an intense feeling, its unbelievable! Buy this album now, you will be satisfied!

 An average instrumental snooze-fest. Feb 29, 2008
A bald head in goofy sunglasses isn't cool but overall A slightly below average release of uninventive instrumental rock cuts. For those of you who think ground has been broken; check your bland musical taste. The music is a little repititious, boring and uninteresting. Specifically it may appeal to fans of racecar video game music. 2 or 3 songs are decent here. Find some real mind expanding music and skip this stinker.
