Nice little cookbook. Nov 05, 2009 I liked the "Smart Calorie Swaps" section and the fact that you can still make chicken tetrazzini without the guilt of a bazillion calories.
Cook Yourself Thin Oct 16, 2009 I saw this book on TV, looked like there would be some fun recipes in there, mainly for sweets. I haven't made any yet.

Lackluster Oct 16, 2009 I was really excited to try the recipes in their book because the ones I saw on TV and on their website were interesting, easy enough for a stay at home mom and their thought process behind it was common sense.
However, I was disappointed to have spent my money when the recipes were the same as what was available on lifetime's website. I could have saved my money.
cook yourself thin Oct 06, 2009 I recieved my order quickly. And love the recipes.I have been using the book for 3 weeks already.
Thank you for the quick service

The best chick food ever! Oct 03, 2009 My absolute favorite cookbook ever! I saw it while I was watching the show and I had to have it! My husband swears he knew something was wrong with the mashed potatoes because of the texture but he didn't think I had put and enture head of cauliflower in them. They were lighter but it's worth it to eat healthier. The veggie lasagna is better than any lasagna I have ever made...even the meat lovers at our house loved it. The desserts were amazing and I don't feel like I bad after eating them. I don't know a lot about cooking and this book helps you learn some of the tricks to substitution and using herbs. I really like that it tells you why you use certain things and other options you could use.
