 Great but... Nov 07, 2009
These songs were great to listen to but ordering the CD i thought it was a disk and in the mail i recieved a Tape casette. My truck doesnt play there older tapes so i am unable to listen to this casette when i'd like to. I'm not sure if the tape was accidentally sent or not, but i would've liked to recieve an Audio CD. If this is possible, please let ome know, i would like to have the Audio CD i purchased.
Not Original Recordings Aug 09, 2009
This looked good. I listened to the clips and they souned original. The songs are the original artist but not the original recordings and are NOT the ones on the clips. I will beware of this on other items offered by Amazom. They should only use the clips that are on the product being advertised.

I grew up listening to Charlie Pride as a child and what a gem that I can pass on to my children. They love listening to the CD, especially the song, "Burger and Fries and Cherry Pies". I would recommend this one...it was a great CD for the price and it came in a timely matter.

If you're a fan of classic country then you need to get this because this is the definitive collection by the classiest country star there is. This includes all of Charley Pride's best hits. Some of my favorites are probably your favorites as well "Kiss an Angel Good Morning," "Mountain of Love" and "(Is Anybody Going To) San Antone." This CD is non-stop entertainment and country hit after country hit. There are very few musicians that have more than 3 or 4 hits of their entire career, a legend like Mr. Pride has just keeps on churning them out.

So many Truly greatest Hits on 1 cd for ten dollars, i had to buy it.
