Excellent Jun 07, 2009 This is a must-have for any Modest Mouse fan. Some of these live performances are better than the original recordings and some songs are longer with improv.

CD is great! Mar 10, 2007 I have just about all the Modest Mouse CDs, and it's nice to have a different arrangement of some of my favorite songs. They're live, as well, so it's even more attractive. Between songs, they even have some commentary and artist/audience dialogue (makes it even more entertaining to listen to!). I love this collection, and it just adds another great album to my collection.

Good, but not their best Jan 30, 2006 This live compilation is a good representation of what the band has become. They stick more to the books, and play the songs very similar to how they appear on the record. In their old performances on previous tours, they would draw songs out, and add more lyrics and different parts to the songs. On their newest tour, however, they take a more mainstream approach, and thats what this album shows. This is a great quality recording, but I get rather annoyed when bands release live compilations and make the album short, simply because there is so much room for more songs to put on the album. But it does capture the energy that Isaac Brock has on stage, far more than the studio work does.

Awe Inspiring Dec 12, 2005 Before getting this i never thought Bankrupt on Selling could become a more beautiful song, but once again Issac Brock & Co. proved me wrong. This is an eclectic bunch of songs that focuses more on their genious career than plugging their latest cd. In fact the only song off of "good news" is The Good Times are Killing Me and it is given a raw, and intimate feel that makes you think of the best moments of "Lonesome Crowded West". Its nice to see that a band ontop of their game still realizes that a good live show still means something and Baron Von Bull**** truely shows that MM stick to their roots.

Buy it from the band Aug 30, 2005 You can buy this CD directly from the band's web site for 10 bucks. Why give someone else an extra 8 bucks?
