If you like dance music with a world beat, Balkan Beat Box is for you! A mix of Jewish Klezmer music, Arabic motifs, electronica, and vocals by the "Bulgarian Chicks" make this one impossible to ignore. I put it on the boom box at my yard sale and everyone from 90-year-old grannies to babies was dancing. I had more people ask me what that was playing on the boom box than anything else. This first BBB album is better than their second (Nu Med), and should be on everyone's "to listen" list. If you haven't heard this disc, just DO IT!

I haven't been able to get enough of this CD... I discovered it by accident while searching for another band and since it has become my current favorite album.

This is a great band who know how to keep the energy up. If you are down, pop in the Balkan Beat Box and your spirits will be immediately lifted!

Was in perfect condition. Took a little longer than expected to appear, but I don't know if that was the fault of the vendor.

I really really wonder if this cd was "supposed" to have blake lewis in it... i searched Blake Lewis and this came up.. maybe just because he beat boxes
