 Away We Go Soundtrack Nov 19, 2009
I loved this movie and I love the soundtrack!! Both are highly recommended if you have any romance in your soul!

Bob Dylan, The Velvet Underground, The Stranglers, and George Harrison are obviously great musical legends, nuff sed:) Alexi Murdoch, is one of the best lyricist I have ever come across. I had never really heard of him until this movie. Now I find myself searching for all his music. He has a heartwarming voice, and he is so suddle (i just love that about his music). He is truly a poet.
This is an amazing soundtrack, and I recommend this to everyone.

If you liked the movie, you will love the soundtrack. Simple enough. Im not sure why, but I tend to compare it to the soundtrack for 'Once', which was also a great out of nowhere movie (except Once had a rather disappointing ending).
Anyways, give some of the songs a preview and I'm sure you'll find something new to love.

Error in title credits Nov 01, 2009
Track 3. "Blue Mind" is credited to artist George Harrison in error (should be Alexi Murdoch); of course, track 8 "What Is Life" is George Harrison (from "All Things Must Pass") not Alexi Murdoch ...
A terrific soundtrack, not a bad sound in the mix.

LOVE Alexi Murdoch. Can't say enough about him. Excellent disc, gives solid examples of his range.
