Blog is updating again my kindle needed to be reset Aug 20, 2009 UPDATE: I "reset" my kindle and the blog is now updating again, so I am happy. The blog itself has a wide variety of topics; I am a geek so technical articles interest me, but the cooking articles don't. There's probably something for everyone in this blog. I'd revise my number of stars to 4, but the web page won't let me.
My last delivery of the Amazon Daily onto my Kindle was August 18th. This is a free blog, and they advertise multiple updates daily. So what is up with that? I had been enjoying reading it as most of the articles were at least somewhat interesting to me. But now it has just stopped and no word from them. I'm disappointed.

Delivery to Kindle has ceased. What gives? Aug 19, 2009 Amazon really needs to get their stuff
working. This free blog no longer delivers to my Kindle with no explanation given for why it stopped. What gives?

Too on the Fringe and Irrelevant for Most to be Helpful or Interesting Aug 08, 2009 I have had this coming to my Kindle for almost a year now, and at an ever increasing level it has become more and more useless to me. The writers are for the most part in Oregon which is a very liberal state, and as you would expect stories are viewed through that lens. This may be just what you are looking for, and if that is the case great I hope this review has helped you find what you are looking for. It seems to be geared at times to those in early twenties with activist tendencies and concerns. More college kid stuff. There are things on gay rights events and youngster age concert events and obscure eastern artists and authors, which is all fine and well just not on the radar of interest on a daily basis of most people. So of the thousands and thousands of Kindle users maybe 500 would find this a useful blog. In all fairness it did used to be much better than it is now for me and my more mainstream middle of the the road moderate independent life. I fell like the blog abandoned me and Amazon has no alternative for us.
Amazon should have another (free hopefully) blog geared more toward professionals or business types. Among other interests I run a publishing company and this blog on most days has such a small sector that it appeals to. As you can tell from the plethora of Kindle's sold and only 18 reviews of their free blog that something is not quite right. This blog should not be done away with, it should be renamed, and another blog offered to more American Mainstream Kindle users. The Kindle's belong to us, and if we dont let Amazon know that we are not satisfied with thier daily blog nothing will happen to fix it (Kind of like all the newspapers just drying up and blowing away as they become more irreleant every day). Contact Kindle Support Today under manage my kindle and let them know.
So here goes: HEY AMAZON HOW ABOUT A DAILY BLOG FOR THE REST OF US!!!!!!!!!
UPDATE: Contacted Amazon and they have sent our sugestion and feedback to the Amazon Daily people.
UPDATE 2: Kindle World Blog is now free and more helpful. One step in right direction.
Thanks for the blog Aug 08, 2009 Free is good. Keep it coming. Just most of the articles don't appeal to me.

Not Receiving Jul 25, 2009 Same problem. Still showing me subscribed but am no longer receiving, or it's just not appearing in my list as it will say items downloaded but nothing new appears.
