Alternative Rock/Punk in Spanish! Jul 15, 2008 I have been searching long and hard for a band like this in Spanish, and I FINALLY found one. These guys are really great, the guitar riffs are great and catchy along with the lyrics. I highly recommend these guys. Now if only there were more like them.

Very cool CD! Aug 08, 2007 This CD is a lot of fun. I don't pretend to be a music critic, so I won't go on about what they lack and what sounds need to mature, etc.
This is just a cool alternative/punk rock CD in Spanish by a Mexican rock band.
The lyrics are good, too. At first "Fragil" was my favorite. But, pretty much all the songs on the album are good. "Ya no te amo" is catchy. Then I really started to like "Llama por favor" and "Me cambio."
I suppose the lyrics could be considered rather juvenile, angry teenage angst, "Call please," "I don't love you anymore," and "Tell me again that you love me, and you'll never leave....Tell me again that you belong to me and no one else." But, hey, don't we all have some angry teenage feelings sometimes when it comes to those we love, the ones that really know how to twist that knife in your heart. :)
Moral of the story, if you like punk or alternative bands, whether or not you're a teenager, you'll probably like Allison.

Good stuff Nov 24, 2006 I just heard of this band a few weeks ago on my local Spanish-Pop station. I have to admit the tunes are very catchy and if you speak Spanish, there's probably a lot of the songs on this cd you can relate to as I have. Don't let the language barrier stop you, it's a good foray into Spanish music if Daddy Yankee and traditional "Banda" music doesn't do it for you. Very good for the Spanish student.
It's kinda hard to compare their sound to American alternative bands, but if I had to it would be a cross between Blink 182 and The Offspring. All of the songs on this cd are good, with "Me Cambio", "Fragil", and "Aqui" being my favorites. Don't hesitate to pick this one up.
